Just asking because there’s so much happening this year that you had best get your calendar out NOW and start blocking out dates for the following Pride 2009 events:
Pride Idol @ R-Place – Karaoke on steroids? Oh hell no. This is the real deal. Some of Seattle’s best unknown talent slugging it out on stage for all to see, hear and cheer. Plus you get to party at R Place, work out your best moves on the pole and text vote to Verizon Wireless on who you want to see crowned Pride Idol 2009. Sweet!

Seattle Pride night at the Seattle Storm Game – Come out and help celebrate the Seattle Storm's 10th anniversary. Only on the 26th, you will also be helping celebrate Seattle Pride and this month long calendar of events!

Cruisy-T’s Pride Cruise –OMG! Hundreds of gorgeous guys and gals on
a boat for four hours dancing to great music while downing designer drinks. Do you think some of them might let their hair (or guard) down or take off their shirts and tops? Just saying.

Fashion Show – Queer Eye never looked this good. This is an event where it’s de rigueur that you primp and preen--and practice your best routine--because you never know who you’ll see and by whom be seen!

Half Price Books – Remember Stonewall – ‘It was forty years ago today….a bunch of queens taught the world we’re gay’ Oops, sorry. That’s Sgt. Stonewall. Wrong song….but seriously, come and learn about our fabulous forefathers and mothers, our unique history and our shinning future at this special Seattle Pride event.

“Stand Up with Pride” Comedy Fest – Seattle Pride and Parlor Live Comedy Club want you to get ready to laugh until your face hurts, with ANT of “Last Comic Standing!” Hyper, cheeky, and hilarious accurately describe comedian ANT, who has become one of the most successful comics today. A regular guest on “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno” and “The Tyra Banks Show,” ANT has appeared on five seasons of NBC's hit series “Last Comic Standing.” Currently you can catch him as the host of VH1's “Celebrity Fit Club.” The show will also feature hilarious comedians Jason Dudey and Erin Foley who have both appeared on "Last Comic Standing."
